"Prisms of Self" is an evocative short film inspired by Christian’s personal healing journey through the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. Starring Samsara, this abstract film blends soundscapes, visuals, and symbolism to depict the complex dynamics of our inner parts when they are out of harmony and forced into extreme roles.
